The Cryosurgical Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Lung Cancer

Purpose:Using prospective research method and retrospective research method,the study had a deep and particular research into curative effect on 97 lung cancer patients who had been treated by a new therapy method,TCM combining with Argon-helium cryoablation.To summarize a regular pattern for the TCM combining with Argon-helium cryoablation in using of clinical, the result can offer some help with the clinic applications of the new therapy. according to this,enhancing the efficacy and enlarge the methods of lung cancer's therapy,especially for the stage III/IV lung cancer. The study tries to find out the virtues and shortcoming of the new therapy method.Methods:Using　prospective research method and retrospective research method,we　select　97　lung　cancer(include metastatic carcinoma)　patients　who　had　been　treated　by　TCM　combining　with　Argon-helium　cryoablation　in　the　time　2003.9　to　2005.12, to analyze the effect of behavior, quality of life, clinical symptom, life span,etc,by　TCM　combining　with　Argon-helium　cryoablation.　Results:　　1. The evaluation of imageology　[1]The　evaluation　of　CT　in　cryoablation　97　lung　cancer(include metastatic carcinoma)　patients,totle　have　135　piece of lump,after the cryoablation,we have had a totle effective　rate　93.33%.　[2]CT　monitoring　after　cryoablation　The　effective　rate　after　3　months　was　83.67%;The　effective　rate　after　6　months　was　84.71%;The　effective　rate　after　12　months　was　59.70%;　The　effective　rate　after　18　months　was　58.97%;The　effective　rate　after　24　months　was　47.06%.　2.Karnofsky　grade　After　3　months,there　were　71　patients,the　enhancement and stabilization was 87.32%(62 patients);　After　6　months,there　were　51　patients,the　enhancement and stabilization was 80.39%(41 patients);　After　12　months,there　were　27　patients,the　enhancement and stabilization was 77.78%(21 patients);　After　18　months,there　were　11　patients,the　enhancement and stabilization was 45.56%(5 patients);After　24　months,there　were　4　patients,the　enhancement and stabilization was 50.00%(2 patients).　3.Quality　of　life...
