Rheumatism In The Rejection Of IGA Nephropathy Syndrome And Clinical Pathological Study On The Relationship Between

IgA nephropathy(IgAN) is a chronic glomeruler disease which is diagnosed by pathology.The cause and pathology of the disease has took a great advance in modern medicine,but still remain lacking effective treatment.It is commonly accepted that IgA nephropathy is not a innocuousness disease at present.TCM has acquired favourable curative effect in IgAN treatment and renal failure prevention.But some problems such as limiting in recognizing IgAN and unifying differentiation of symptoms and signs still need sovled.A host of related research revealed the relationship between differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of Syndrome in TCM and clinical pathological parameters in patients with IgA nephropathy(IgAN).Renal pathology is the golden indication of judgment of IgAN pathology and prognostic factor.So deep research of its relationship took a great advantage on recognization and treatment of IgAN in TCM. In this study,the medicine of expelling wind-evil and remove wetness such as Tripterygium wilfordii has curative effect on IgAN,which made endorheumatism of IgAN more and more significant.By observing the IgAN patient, the study collect and analyze the related data such as laboratory and pathological tests,binding with the clinical data of TCM,to approach the the correlate relationship between endorheumatism Syndrome and clinical pathological parameters in patients with IgA nephropathy.We observe clinical and pathological data about 69 IgAN patients (including 40 endorheumatism syndrome patients and 29 non- endorheumatism syndrome patients)and take a statistics analyze.Results reveal that:1 Of the 40 IgAN patients of endorheumatism syndrome,25 male and 15 femal,the ration is 1.7:1;2 the clinical manifestations of endorheumatism syndrome were mostly a host of hyperproteinuria/nephritic syndrome and hypertension and renal dysfunctional;3 Compared with those in patients without endorheumatism syndrome,contractive pressure,diastolic pressure,24h urine protein quantitation were obviously higher;4 endorheumatism syndrome and non-endorheumatism syndrome has cor- relationship with lee's grading system.5 scores of mesenterium hyperplasy,inflammatory cell infiltrate,Bellini's integrate,movable index and chronic index significantly higher in endorheumatism syndrome than non-endorheumatism syndrome;6 The grades of endorheumatism syndrome IgAN have no difference among endocapillary proliferative,mesangio-proliferative,focal scleroing,focal proliferative sclerosing and focal necrotic IgAN.The grades of ka's grading system have obvious relationship among endocapillary proliferative,mesangio- proliferative,focal scleroing,focal proliferative sclerosing and focal necrotic...
