objective:To observe the effect of Cuyu granule (CY) on the ulcer index(UI), the structure,function and ultrastructural of regenerative mucosal in rats with gastric ulcer..To define the relationship between CY and the Quality of ulcer healing(QOUH), and To investigate the mechanism of CY for the therapeutic effect on gastri culcer and for preventing it from reoccurring,offer scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:To choose clean SD rat as the object,The rat models of chronic Gastric ulcer were induced by aceticacid and were randomly divided into three groups,which were given normal saline, Cuyu granule and Ranitidine respectively. Then executed the rats at different stages,and observed the following index of rats in every group before and after treated.1 To observe the ulcer index of rats with gastric ulcer.2 To observe quantitatively the amount of cystiform gland and the number of inflammatory cells of healed gastriculcer in rats by hematoxylin eosin staining,3 To determine the contents of plasma PGE2 by radio lmmunossay.4 To observe the expression of epidermal growth factor and epiderm growth factor receptor by immunohistochemical technique.5 To observe the ultrastructural of regenerative mucosal with transmission electronic microscop.Results:1 the effect of CY on UI: treatment than before, for the CY group and Ranitidine group ulcer index markedly lower than the previous administration(P<0.01);And compared with the model group , the treatment groups have significant differences (P<0.05);And CY group efficacy superior Ranitidine group(P<0.05).2 the effect of CY on grown glands: no cystiform gland in the normal group; And treatment than before, medication administration 14 day 28 day, the amount of cystiform gland of the model gtroup, CY group and Ranitidine group have significant reduction than normal (P<0.01,P<0.05); Compared with the model group, the CY group and Ranitidine group have significant differences (P<0.01,P<0.05); and the CY group efficacy superior Ranitidine group (P<0.05).3 the effect of CY on inflammatory cells: the normal Group without Inflammation cell; With the former than treatment, medication administration 14 day and 28 day, the amount of inflammatory cells of the model group, CY group and Ranitidine group have significant reduction than normal (P<0.01,P<0.05); Compared with the model group, the CY group and Ranitidine group have significant differences (P<0.01,P<0.05); and the CY group efficacy superior Ranitidine group (P<0.05).4 the effect of CY on PGE₂: normal control group rats plasma PGE2 content higher; and treatment earlier, takes 14 days and takes 28 days,the model group, CY group...
