Experimental Study On Quality Of Ulcer Healing And Anti-Recurrence Of Gastric Ulcer On Rats With Yun-ai Powder

In this study, we establish rat model of gastric ulcer with acetic acid and IL-1β induced recurrence rat model of gastric ulcer with acetic acid, then observe pathological histology, detect serum EGF, PGE2 and GAS, and investigate its effect on quality of ulcer healing and anti-recurrence, finally provide experimental evidence for the Chinese medicine treatment of gastric ulcer.Part I:Theoretical Studies We review the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of incipient and relapse in gastric ulcer from modern medicine and Chinese medicine, summarize that modern medicine and Chinese medicine are with comparable properties in the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of gastric ulcer. It is associated with diet,emotional disorders, drug factors, fatigue and other crafts.Modern medical treatment is mainly to eradicating Hp infection, inhibiting secretion of gastric acid, protecting the gastric mucosa and the others. Severe cases can take the treatment methods of endoscopic therapy or surgery. Chinese medicine is focused on syndrome differentiation and treatment, famous doctors’experienced prescription and compound, integrated traditional Chinese and modern medicine and acupuncture. Chinese medicine is effective, lower side effects and recurrence rate.Part II:Experimental Studies We establish gastric ulcer rat model of acetic acid and IL-1β-induced rat model of gastric ulcer recurrence, scattere Yun-ai Powder compared with rebeprazole, observe the influence of Yun-ai Powder on rats with gastric morphology, histopathology, serum EGF, PGE2 and GAS, successively observe the quality of ulcer healing and inhibition of anti-recurrence. The result shows that ①Yun-ai Powder can reduce the ulcer index of rats, control the progress of gastric tissue damage, and improve the quality of ulcer healing; ②Yun-ai Powder can play a role of inhibiting gastric ulcer recurrence. The result suggests that Yun-ai Powder can improve the quality of ulcer healing and anti-recurrence;③ The effect of Yun-ai Powder in QOUH and Anti-relapse is less definite than rebeprazole. It may regulate the abnormal expression of serum EGF and GAS, increase the content of PGE2. This study confirms the influence of Yun-ai Powder on the quality of ulcer healing and inhibition of ulcer recurrence, and provides a scientific basis in clinical application of Chinese medicine.
