V. Coptis Drug Evaluation Of The Efficacy Of Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori Induced Gastritis

Objective: To establish the gastritis rats model mainly caused by Helicobacter pylori and research the curative effect and its mechanism of Rhizoma Coptidis separately combining with five special herbs for chronic gastritis.Methods: This animal model is made by integrated method. Using different medicine to treat chronic gastritis for 2 weeks.Then, ablating the stomach after treatment. Using skirrow culture medium to incubate Helicobacter pylori; Using analytical chemistry method to mensurate urease; Using Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA) to test gastric Epidermal Growth Factor(EGF); Using Immunohistochemistry to test gastric Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor(EGFR); Using semi-automatic biochemical analyzer to measure gastric Superoxide dimutase(SOD) and Maleic Dialdehyde(MDA); Observing the pathological changes of gastric mucous membrane according to HE staining technique.Result: â‘  The effect of five Rhizoma Coptidis Compatibility of herb-partners for Hp : anti-bacteria effect of Rhizoma Coptidis compatibility group and western medicine group precede Rhizoma Coptidis group, Rhizoma Coptidis group is better than self-restore group, Rhizoma Coptidis combining with cRadix Scutellariae group has the best anti-bacteria effect, The anti-bacteria effect of big dosage Rhizoma Coptidis group is the worst one. The result of rapid urease test is similar to the result of Hpincubation. â‘¡ The effect of five Rhizoma Coptidis Compatibility of herb-partners for injured gastric mucous membrane: The metrical result of Gastric epidermal growth factor and its receptor indicate that the action of restoring for injured gastric mucous membrane of Rhizoma Coptidis compatibility groups are better than Rhizoma Coptidis group and western medicine group, While Rhizoma Coptidis group and western medicine group are better than self-restore group. Rhizoma Coptidis combining with Fructus Euodiae group has the best effect of restoring injured gastric mucous membrane while big dosage Rhizoma Coptidis group and western medicine group have the worst effect.
