Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori Positive Chronic Gastritis In Panjin Area By Anti - Mixture Combined With Western Medicine

Purpose:to observe the Kangyou Heji combined with quadri-combination in the treatment Panjin area of chronic gastritis with helicobacter pylori positive helicobacter pylori eradication, symptom improvement and report the clinical outcome in patients with spleen and stomach disease of traditional Chinese medicine(PRO) scale [1] score changes.Material and method:Conform to the conditions of 75 patients were randomly divided into three groups, each group of 25 cases. Group A: quadri- combination(omeprazole 20 mg, 500 mg clarithromycin capsule, levofloxacin 200 mg, 220 mg bismuth potassium citrate) treatment, the BID, 14 days, B: quadri- combination with traditional Chinese medicine therapy, the BID, 14 days, group C: quadri- combination joint kangyou heji. On the first day for all of the patients symptoms score and PRO rating scale, at the same time check blood routine, urine routine, and routine, liver function, kidney function, electrocardiogram(ecg). Stop after 2 weeks, symptom scores, record adverse events. Sixth week 14 c urea breath test and review the blood routine, urine routine, and routine, liver function, kidney function, electrocardiogram, PRO rating scale, record adverse events. Application of SPSS 22.0 statistical software analysis, observation group Hp eradicate rate and symptoms improved, report the clinical outcome in patients with spleen and stomach disease of traditional Chinese medicine(PRO) rating scale changes.Results:1. Group A: Hp eradicate rate is 72%, group B: Hp eradicate rate 84%, group C: Hp eradicate rate was 80%. 2. Group C general symptom scores after treatment than before treatment significantly improved(P < 0.01),(3) PRO rating scale, the group C compared with before treatment, indigestion, reflux, defecation, mental state, social function integral change significantly(P < 0.01), the overall status and health satisfaction statistical differences(P < 0.05), group C indigestion integral improvement is better than that of group B(P < 0.05), group C health satisfaction integral improvement is better than that of group A(P < 0.05).Conclusion: kangyou heji combined with quadri- combination, can effectively improve the patients with chronic gastritis with helicobacter pylori positive helicobacter pylori eradication rate, improve patient’s symptom integral and PRO scale scores, and health satisfaction items in PRO scale integral improvement is better than that of pure quadri-combination, is worth further clinical research and extension.
