Including Left, Right, Owned By The Pill Castrated Rat Serum On The 3t <sub> 3 </ Sub>-l <sub> 1 </ Sub> Preadipocyte Aromatase

Objective To investigate influences of Zuogui Pellet(ZGP) and Yougui Pellet(YGP) on uterine and vaginal tissues of ovariectomized rats and uterine tissues of ovariecLomized mice and their serum containing ZGP and YGP on aromatase from 3T₃-L₁ adipocytes . Method1. 83 female sexual matured KM mice were ovariectomized except normal control group (19) and sham-operated group (20), and divided into 4 groups: ovariectomy control group (9), Premarin group (11), high dose ZGP group (9) and high dose YGP group (10). They were fed on corresponding medicines as Premarin (6.25ug/10g), ZGP (0.06g/10g) and YGP (0.09g/10g) respectively for 45 days. Then we got uteri for pathological section.2. 45 female sexual matured KM mice were divided into 3 groups: normal control group, high dose ZGP group and high dose YGP group, 15 mice each. Corresponding medicines were fed as mentioned above. Sera were obtained after 0.5h, 2h, 4h, 8h, 24h and incubated with 3T₃-L₁ adipocytes for 48 hours and 96 hours. Concentrations of sera were 2% and 10% respectively. We measured estradiol (E₂) in the upper layer medium by enzyme immunoassay(eia). 3. 97 female sexual matured SD rats were ovariectomized except normal control group (20) and sham-operated group (17), and divided into 6 groups: ovariectomy control group(8), Premarin group(11), high dose ZGP group(6), low dose ZGP group(9), high dose YGP group (6)and low dose YGP group(9).
