Therefore, it is one of the most important projects of the clinical and experimental research to find the effective preventive therapy for ischemic stroke.Prophase research have proved that acupuncture on acupoints"Baihui " "Renzhong" can lighten nerveous toxicity of NO, improve endothelial cell's function, depress content of calmodulin, and when cerebral ischemia occurred 6hours, its curative effect is best. All the research provides the favorable base of theory and experiment of acupuncture' s protect effect to neuron in cerebral ischemia.The task base on the prophase research and pursue the phathophysiologic mechanisms of cerebral ischemia, firstly bring forward the hyperlipemia with cerebral ischemia model, and try to make out that the efficiency treatment can prevent or lighten cerebral ischemia' s damnification, and discuss the mechanisms of apoptosis on comparing treat or untreat hyperlipemia.Research method: The rat was feed on high fat feedstuff to make hyperlipemia, and used Fecl₃ chemical method inducing one-side middle cerebral artery occlusion to make hyperlipemia with focal cerebral ischemia experimental model. Total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low densitylipoprotein, TUNEL labeling and immunohisto-chemical methods were used to investigate changes of blood-lipid, neur-onal apoptosis and expression of the apoptosis-related proteins after acupuncture.Reseach result:(1)The level of blood-lipid of hyperlipemia with cerebral ischemia was depressed by applying electro- acupuncture, and it induced the most significant results in hyperlipemia with cerebral ischemia I-...
