| Cerebrovascular disease is a generic name of brain disense by blood tubing etiological factor. It has higher morbidity and mortality and disability. It is the first place in the cause of death in our country and seriously harm for the human health. The ischemia cerebrovascular disease is the most part in all of cerebrovascular disease, the focal cerebral ischmia is the most kind of ischemia cerebrovascular disease and unfavorable prognosis.Therefore, it is the most important project of the clinical to study phathophysiologic mechanisms of ischemia cerebrovascular disease and find the suitable treatment method .Acupuncture and moxibustion have been confirmationed by WHO in treatment of cerebrovascular disease ,it is necessary to study the mechanisms of treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion for to bring into full play expertise of acupuncture and moxibustion and to rise clinic effect.The reperfusion injury after cerebral ischemia is result of joint action of multiple phathophysiologic mechanisms with complicated procedure, in which the inflammatory response are very important process, in addition, hemorrheologic alteration also have important action. Therefore, it is very good bottom in functional rehabilitation if inflammatory response can be reduced, response can be controled, hemorrheologic can be amelioration at the earlier period of ischemia.In this experiment , to select Baihui Zhongwan and Zusanli take as main acupuncture point, obserbing the levels of WBC and the change of hemorrheologic of the 1st day the 4th day and 7th day after acupuncture during the acupuncture therapy on the patiens of acute cerebral ischemia 2 days. Using the Fugl-Meyer evaluation list evaluating the function of the patiens, to observe the chang of the acupuncture group and noacupuncture group,study the effect on inhibiting inflammatory cytokines and hemorrheologic at cerebral ischemia earlier period using acupuncture, and study the change of quantity of the patiens. At the same time, the rat model of focal cerebral ischemia was created by middle cerebral artery occlusion using line, the chang of WBC and hemorrheologic at the differert reperfusion time (0min,6h,24h) were observed, and then the chang after acupuncture selecting Baihui Zhongwan and Zusanli was observed, provid experiment basis for the clinical treatment of cerebral ischemia disease and rising effect of clinical.The results show as follows:(1) The level of WBC in circulation blood was highly decreased after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion by acupuncture, and it shows the chang is more marked in the 4th day after acupuncture in clinical study, but the chang of rats is the 24h after ischemia-repergusion ,it decreased after acupuncture . It shows that the acupuncture protection function on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is related to the reduction of WBC level.(2) The levels of blood viscosity and hematocrit in blood of circulation blood of cerebral ischemia patien was decreased after acupuncture, the influence is the most marked after the 4th day in acupuncture. But the blood viscosity and hematocrit in blood of rats rised highly at 24h after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. The hematocrit in blood was decreased after 6h by acupuncture and the blood viscosity was decreased after 24h.It shows the acupuncture may be ameliorate the fluidity of blood, relieve cerebral injury by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.(3) Than contrast group, Fugl-Meyer score also marked rise after acupuncture. It shows the recovery speed can be rised from whole after acupuncture.In conclusion, the study demonstrates the acupuncture therapy may play significant role in protecting and treating cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. The earlier period treatment of acupuncture may be have very good significance in inhibitting the elevation of WBC, ameliorating fluidity of blood and level of blood stream of brain, which is important on step_up recovery speed of whole.
