| Bulbophyllum suavissimum Rolfe is a Chinese medicinal herb widely used in Guizhou province .This medicinal herb can act as alternative therapy for some kinds of disease .And it is often used replacing the famous Chinese medicine Dendrobium. In this experiment ,we had studied on its chemical components .Bulbophyllum suavissimum Rolfe was extracted with alcohol, and distributed by different solvents, isolated via silica column chromatography, finally purified by TLC .Then, 6 compounds were isolated and 3 compounds were identified by various spectrum(mainly 1H-NMR ,13C-NMR and MS) to be β-sitosterol, cycloneolitsol, and rutin. These three compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time, and cycloneolitsol, rutin were isolated from Bulbophyllum for the first time too. |
