The thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter includes the isolation and identification of all kinds of compounds from Ardisia crenata Sims (Myrsinaceae family). Fifteen compounds were isolated and three were identified. And a-Glucosidase inhibitory and antioxidant different extracts were assayed in vitro. The second chapter studies the isolation and identification of all kinds of compounds from Pholidota cantonenss Rolfe (Orchidaceae family). Thirty-four compounds were isolated and six were identified. And a-Glucosidase inhibitory and antioxidant activity different extracts were assayed in vitro. The third chapter, the study progress of chemical constituents and pharmaceutical of the genus Pholidota were summarized.1. Study on the Chemistry constituents and Bioactivity of Ardisia crenata SimsArdisia crenata belongs to the family of Myrsinaceae. We study chemistry constituents on different extracts of A. crenata, which collected from Guizhou. Fifteen compounds were isolated and eight were identified, The compounds identified follows as:2-methoxy-6-tridecyl-1,4-Benzoquinone (AC10)、 Nonanoic acid (AC11)、3-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzoic acid (AC12)、stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (AC83)、2-methoxy-4-methyl-6-pentadecyl-benzoic acid(AC3)、3-methoxy-5-undecyl-benzoic acid(AC21)、2-methoxy-4-methyl-6-octadecyl-benzoic acid(AC621)、(2-methoxy-4-methyl-6-pentadecyl-benzoic acid (ACM2).We assayed the inhibitory effect against a-Glucosidase of different solvent extracts (ACPE、 ACEA and ACBU) from A. crenata by the96-microplate-based method and compared with acarbose as positive control. Three parts showed strong inhibitory effect against a-Glucosidase, and ACEA was for the first. The antioxidant activities of different solvent extracts(ACPE、ACEA and ACBU) of A. crenata was assayed by the DPPH, ABTS and FRAP methods, Three parts showed a better antioxidant activities, and ACEA showed the best activity.2. Study on the Chemistry constituents and Bioactivity of Pholidota cantonensis RolfePholidota cantonensis belongs to the family of Orchidaceae. We study chemistry constituents on different extracts of P. cantonensis Rolfe, which collected from Guizhou. Thirty-four compounds were isolated and seven were identified. The compounds are identified follows as:Cyclopholidone (PCP42)、 Cycloeucalenol (PCE12)、1-Hexacosene (PCE13)、Cyclopholidonol (PCE312)、β-Sitosterol (PCE322)、 Physcion (PCE51)、24-methylenecycoartanol(PCP622).We assayed the inhibitory effect againSt α-GlucosSidase of different solvent extracts (PCPE、PCEA and PCME) from P. cantonenis. PCPE and PCEA showed strong inhibitory effect against α-Glucosidase. and PCEA showed the best activity. The antioxidant activities of different solvent extracts(PCPE、PCEA and PCME) of P. cantonensis was assayed by the DPPH, ABTS and FRAP methods, PCEA showed a better activity to eliminate DPPH free radical, three parts had the capacity to eliminate DPPH free radical and Reduce Fe3+, and PCEA was the best.3Advance on the Chemistry and bioactivity of Genus PholidotaProgress of chemistry and bioactivity in genus Pholidota mainly from1990s were summarized, and the plants of genus Pholidota have great research, development and utilization of space.
