Objective:Study Azathioprine tablets influence on adjuvant arthritis in mice to evalnate its oxidation-resistant Avoid the side effects from the use of hormone on it.Methods:1.mice were randomly divided into normal control group, blank model group, Axathioprine tablets group, prednisone acetate tavlets group.To observe the common circumstances ,arthritis index, joint swelling and inspect SOD ,MDA, GSH-PX in serum .compare and analyze each group.Result:1. Compared prednisone acetate tablets, Azathioprine tables can promote obviously the common circumstances ,reduce arthritis index and joint swelling..2.Compared with blank model group, Azathioprine tablets can significanfly raise SOD, MDA and GSH-PX content in serum.Each group data is significant in statistics.3.Compared prednisone acetate tablets, Azathioprine tablets can significanfly raise SOD,MDA and GSH-PX content in serum.Conclusion:The result of Azathioprine tablets shows that it is valid on adjuvant arthrieis inn Wistar mice, it can obviously raise the SOD ,MDA ,GSH-PX contents in serum.
