Objective: To investigate the clinical effect, security of Salvianolate injectionon stable angina of coronary heart disease of heart blood stagnation syndrome,and explore its mechanism .Methods: 80 cases of stable angina with heart blood stagnation syndrome wereobserved and randomly and averagely devided into treatment group 1, 2 andcontrol group. Treatment group were treated with Salvianolate injection, whilecontrol group were treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. injection. The period oftreatment was 14 days.the symptoms and signs were observed both before andafter treatment. The correlative eximations were taken both before and aftertreatment.Result: Effection of three groops and ECG was no significant difference (P>0.05). The total effection of angina after 14 days was significant difference in thetreatment group 2 and the others (P<0.05 or P<0.01) . The total effection ofsymptoms in Chinese was significant in the treatment groups and the controlgroup (P<0.05 or P<0.01) . The symptoms and signs, compared to these beforetreatment of the three groups got better obviously. Only one side effect wasfound.Conclusion: Salvianolate injection has obvious effect on stable angina of heartblood stagnation syndrome and more safety.
