| Chronic hepatitis is common disease all over the world, espassially hepatitis B. There are nearly 2 billion people who had infected hepatitis B all over the world, and in our country hepatitis B highly getting prevailing even more.About 20% could develop into various kinds of chronic liver diseases including chronic hepatitis , cirrhosis , liver cancer, and nearly 5%-10% among them died of the cirrhosis or liver cancer finally. The hepatitis B has already become one of the great diseases endangering people's health seriously of our society.My subject is sustentation by the fund of State Scientific and Technological Commission modernization special traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghai: Theflatform of " leading antivirus treat mode " and the phosphatide complex of active compotent from antihepatitis traditional Chinese medicine (05DZ19711). Under the guidance of theory of traditional Chinese medicine, system engineering and modern experiment design in the pharmacology, we choose Kushenin with good function of anti-hepatitis virus as the model medicine to complex with phosphatide and preparate the KS-PLC capsule. And we study on the preparation, physics-chemistry characters, quality control, stability, liver cell penetrating, pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of KS-PLC capsule.By using orthogonal design which use the complex rate to evaluate, we obtained the best condition which is the ration of kushenin into phospholidid (l:l),the concentration of kushenin (20mg/ml),the temperature(70℃),the reaction time (2h).And decompression drying method(vacuum drying method) is used to dry KS-PLC.Added some adjuvant to KS-PLC to make capsule.With X-RD, DSC, we investigated the physical and chemical properties of kushenin phospholipid complex.Compared with... |
