Qingluo Tongbi Prescription Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis Clinical Observation Of The Hot And Humid Blockage Card

In the observation, baseing on the theory of TCM and combination of traditional Chinese with western medicine, Systematically and intensively explores the etiological factors and therapeutic methods for ankylosing spondylitis(AS) from both theoretical and clinical aspects. The TCM theories of treatmeant according to syndrome differentiation were used clinically to probe into the possible cause, pathogenesis, management method and prescription of ankylosing spondylitis. We consider the blocking of damp-heat and Shendu k'uei as the basic causes of AS, and accordingly adopts eliminating damp and heat, strengthening kidney, activating blood as the main therapeutic method. In the observation , Qingluotongbi decoction is taken as the test group with slow-action drugs as control one and with 10 subjects in each group. The results show that the controlled and effective rate in test group is 50% with 30% in control one ( P< 0.05).The total effective rate shows visible difference in two groups. In the aspect of eliminating symptoms, improving laboratory index, the test group is superior to the control one(P<0. 05).The study shows that the curative effect and the relief of the symptoms in the treatment group are better than that in the control group. The mechanism might be relate to anti-inflammation,relieving pain, regulating immunological function, improving hemorheological index and bettering microcirculation etc. In such view, it treats AS effectively in poly-side. The observation indicates that Qingluotongbi decoction has good effect is superior to the control group and practic value.
