Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris Of The Soil Huai Polygonum Cuspidatum Soup Of The Clinical Studies

Objective To observe the clinical effects and changes of hemorheology and platelet aggregation in the peripheral blood in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with Tu Huai Hu Zhang Tang (THHZT) .Methods Forty psoriasis vulgaris patients had been divide into two groups, 20 cases in test group,treated by Tu Huai Hu Zhang Tang (THHZT) and Huang Qin You Gao topically.20 cases in control group,treated with Fu Fang Qing Dai Jiao Nang (FFQDJN) and Huang Qin You Gao topically. PASI scores was used to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect on patients' lesions. The change of hemorheology and platelet aggregation in the peripheral blood of test group were detected with the measuring method by viscosimeter and the turbidimetric method before and after treatment.Results THHZT could improve the PASI scores and the showing results rate, which was better than that of FFQDJN (P＜0.05) ;The level of low-cutting blood viscosity, low-cutting blood relative viscosity, plasm viscosity, hematocrit and the index of erythrocyte aggregation decreased obviously in the test group after treatment with THHZT (P＜0.05) ,As the level of tall-cutting blood viscosity,erythrocyte rigid index,erythrocyte deformation Index TK,K value of ESR,platelet aggregation were compared without significant differences (P>0.05) .Conclusions THHZT had a remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris ,which was better than FFQDJN; The hematocrit,erythrocyte aggregation, plasm viscosity of hemorheology in patients with psoriasis vulgaris,which choud be improved by THHZT,and the platelet aggregation no obvious influence.
