Sfi Solution On The Role Of Tumor Immune Intervention

Objective: to rudimently probe the effect form of Shenqi Fuzheng injection in tumor immunologic intervention and provide information for the further study of genomics and proteome for the specific target.Methods: randomly divide 32 male BALB/C mouse into 4 groups: Shenqi Fuzheng group(Shenqi group for short), 5-Fu chemo-therapy group (chemo-therapy group for short), Shenqi Fuzheng add 5-Fu chemo-therapy group(combination group for short),non- therapy group(control group for short).Resect each group mouse'spleen when it is injectived by mouse'colon carcinoma C26 cell sap into spleen. 5 days later, injective Shenqi Fuzheng injection 0.15ml diluted by 0.9%NS to 0.5ml into abdominal cavity of Shenqi Fuzheng group and combination group every other day for totally 5 times.And so do 5-Fu chemo-therapy group and combination group,but the injection is 5-Fu 0.02ml diluted by 0.9%NS to 0.2ml.On the twenty-fifth day, put the mouse to death ,take the metastatic tumor of liver to make light microscope,electron microscope specimen for observing.Results: the necrosis degree of liver tissue surrouding with metastatic tumor of Shenqi group and combination group is lighter than chemo-therapy group and control group, but the number of lymphocyte and neutrophil surrouding the metastatic tumor is more than chemo-therapy group and control group.And the area of Tumor necrosis of Shenqi group is smaller than chemo-therapy group.By electron microscope we can find the Shenqi group's cancer nuclear chromatin is partly condensing and a few with screen opening changing, the membrane is invaginating , the mitochondrias are mostly swelling and the number is decreased, with the cristae'number decreased or breakon even diminished and destructured in different degree, parts of the mitochondrias are bubbling changing.Conclusion: Shenqi Fuzheng injection can adjust body's immune function and have active effect in intervention with tumor immunity ,the form of which is to elevate immunocyte surrouding cancer and to lead the cancer's cell into apoptosisi by effecting the function of mitochodria and cell membrane in rudimently considering.Certainly the final target fixing need the further studying of genomics and proteome.
