| Acnevulgrisisachronicinflammationdermatosiswhichappearsonpilosebaceous.It occurs mostly in adolescence, and constantly for several years. The acnes oftenarise on face, chest and back. The symptoms vary from non-phlogistic pimples tophlogistic papulas, pustules, nodules, cysts. Without medical treatment, chromatosisorscars willeasilybeleftbehind,whichwillhurtthesufferer's facialappearance.Theclinical outbreak rateis high. Thecauses ofthediseasearecomplicated, forwhichwehaven't understood completely, and we usually think it is the result of several factorsintegrate with each other. The illness is chronic and it relapses easily. Although therehas been many treatment methods, by now we haven't found out a more ideal recipewhich can be accepted by everyone. Synthetical treatment and unit treatment arethought to be the most valid treatment strategies. The Chinese medicine is the validpath which cures Acne. Such treatment has a long history with abundant clinicalexperience. For many years, our department cures acne vulgaris with self-producedChinese medicine Qinzhikushen pills, it proves that they are highly effective. Mytutor has abundant experience in the treatment of acnes. She has ever carried outspecial clinical observationand task studyonthis medicine,andcompletedtheschoollevel task"A Study on Qinzhikushen pill's adjustment of P.acne", through externalbacteria repressing experiment, she proves that Qinzhikushen pills can repress P.ancenotably. To make clearer Qinzhikushen pills'curative effect on acne vulgaris,standardize their applicable symptoms, this clinical research adopts random andcontrast principles, and divides the chosen cases into 2 groups, the treatment grouphas 84 cases, the contrast group has 36 cases. We give the patients in the treatmentgroupQinzhikushenpill9~10grams(35~40grain)each,takeorally,2timeseveryday,also give kanamycin sulfate lotion, spread on the affected part, 2 times everyday; mixerhuang powder with cold plain boiled water, spread on the face before sleep, onceeveryday. For the patients in the contrast group, we use kanamycin sulfate lotion anderhuang powder externally only. The treatment lasts for six week. The improvementsof the symptoms after using the medicine are observed and recorded, we also fill in aclinical report form every two weeks, carry on symptom ratings integral calculus,judge clinical curative effect. We quantificated the data after the observation andinputtedthemintocalculatorandcarryonstatisticalanalysis.All the 120 cases are from patients at the department of dermatology ofDongzhimen Hospital, through June, 2005 to April, 2007. The age, sex, course ofillness, differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome, clinicalclassification, ratings, pre-therapy symptom ratings integral calculus, etc. of the 2groups of patients are comparable. The result of the research shows:â‘ For the comparison of the total curative effect, completely recovered, treatment group is21(25.0%),comparisongroup4(11.1%);Fortheefficiency,treatmentgroupis90.5%,and the matched control is 72.8%. After an examination in Statistics, P<0.01, thedifference is distinctive, the whole curative effect and efficiency of the treatmentgroup are all better than comparison group.â‘¡For the analyzingof the curative effectof the dialectic four types, the curative effect of the lung and gaster excessive heatsyndrome are generally better, the efficiency is 94.3%; while the efficiency of theintestine and stomach damp-heat syndrome is less better, 92.9%; the efficiencyof thePhlegmatic hygrosis and blood stagnant syndrome is the worst, 77.8%. Comparedwiththecomparison group,thelungand gasterexcessiveheat syndrome andintestineand stomach damp-heat syndrome show distinctive difference (P<0.05), the treatmentgroup surpasses the comparison group. The difference of the Phlegmatic hygrosis andblood stagnant syndrome and chongren disorder syndrome is not distinctive (P>0.05),soithasnomeaninginStatistics.â‘¢Fortheanalysisofthecurativeeffect ofthemainsymptoms,theintegral calculusoftheoilcircumstancereducesby75.2%,theintegralcalculus of the skin property reduces by 84.6%, the integral calculus of the skinamount reduces 82.7%, the integral calculus of the skin color reduces by 76.0%, theintegral calculus of the skin swollen and painful reduces by94.8%. The reduce of theskinswollenandpainfulintegralcalculusisthemostdistinctive,theskinpropertyandthe skin amount are the second. Compared with the comparison group, the skinswollen pain and skin property, after an examination in Statistics, P<0.01, thedifference is distinctive; Theoil circumstance and theskincolor,after an examinationin Statistics, P<0.05, the difference is distinctive, the curative effects of the three arenotablybetter than the comparison group. Oil decrease and the skin color change are,afteranexaminationinStatistics,P>0.05,thedifferenceisnotdistinctive.So the conclusion is: treating acnes with Qinzhikushen pills has better effectand the applyingobjects are light and mid-term degree lung and gaster excessive heatsyndrome and intestine and stomach damp-heat syndrome patients. Compared withthe comparison group, the clinical complete recovery rate, efficiency, and the generalefficiencies ofthetreatment group areall obviouslybetterthan comparisongroup; thelung and gaster excessive heat syndrome and intestine and stomach damp-heatsyndrome are better in curative effects, so they have their meanings in Statistics.Phlegmatic hygrosis and blood stagnant syndrome and chongren disproportionsyndrome have no meaning in Statistics. For the improvements of different acnesymptoms,thetreatment groupsurpasses thecomparison group,withtheskinswollenpain, skin property, skin amount change obviously. To sum up, this research provesQinzhikushen pill has better clinical curative effect treating the ances, it deservesclinicalgeneralizationusageandfurtherthoroughresearch. |
