Clinical Efficacy Of Acne Vulgaris West Pill Treatment

Objective:This study through clinical observation to further clarify the effect of Xihuang Pill, applicable symptom standardized Xihuang pills.Method:This clinical study with randomized, control principle, the selected patients were divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group with45cases in each group, the treatment group was given Xihuang Pill3grams,2times a day after meals, oral; the control group was given Mino cycline Hydrochloride Capsules1capsules,2times daily, orally, apply two groups of patients give the hospital Acne Liniment,2times a day. The course of treatment was3weeks. Observed before and after treatment the improvement of symptoms, fill in clinical case report form, recorded every7days, and carries on the clinical symptom ratings integral, clinical efficacy. After the observation data is quantized input computer, statistical analysis.Results:the results showed that:compared with the control group of drug efficacy,cure, Xihuang Pill oral clinical effect, effective and the total effective rate was better than the control group, and there was statistical significance (P<0.05). Compared with the control group of drug efficacy, effect of Xihuang Pill for TCM syndrome differentiation type of acne than the control group (P<0.05). To improve the clinical symptoms of acne, treatment group than the control group, the treatment group, the Xihuang Pill for lesions, lesions and lesions of swelling number of properties to improve significantly, and there was statistical significance (P<0.05), while the oil and skin color and the improvement of the control group drug no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion:there is significant effect of Xihuang Pill in treatment of acne vulgaris,suitable for mild to moderate acne. To sum up, in this study, traditional Chinese medicine theory as the guide, through clinical grading main symptom integral,confirmed Xihuang Pill in treatment of acne vulgaris with good clinical effect, and further standardize the clinical use of the drug.
