Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of The Treatment Of Acne Since The Soup To Be Xiaocuo

Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory disease of sebaceous follicles most occurs in puberty and lasts many years. It locates primarily on the face, back, and chest, where there are more sebaceous glands. The clinical features of acne are the lesions of comedones, papules, pustules, nodules, and cysts; the incidence of the disease is high and frequently. Sometimes it can spoil patient's face by leaving speckles and scars without treatment. It also can disturb the patient's body and mind. Acne is controlled by many factors including endocrine disturbance (especially the excess of androgen), follicular keratinization, infection, immunity, as well as inflammation.Dermatologists mainly use medicament of anti-androgen, antibiotics, Vitamin A acid to cure acne vulgris now. These medicine have some curative effects, however, they can also lead to terrible side effects, such as damage of liver, monstrosity, slowness of bone-making, dysfunction of endocrine, deficiency of sex-activity. Because of this, it is the focus for dermatologists'study to find out Chinese traditional medicine which is safe and effective to treat acne. My tutor has much clinical experiences in treating it with the methods of invigorating spleen to remove indigestion, clearing heat and toxic materials, removing dampness and blood stasis and eliminating accumulation.Two parts of the literature review: the first one is about the survey of its research in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), including the cause and the treatment of the disease by famous TCM doctors, and the progress in recent 10 years. The second one is about the survey of its epidemiology, the pathogeny, the nosogenesis and the treatment in Western medicine.Clinical research: Objective : Observe the clinical effect of self-made elimilating acne formula in treating the disease. Methods:100 patients were divided into three groups at random: the self-made formula group (FG, n=40), the tanshinone capsule group (CG, n=40) and the placebo group (PG, n=20). The course of treatment is four weeks. The improvements of the symptoms after using the medicine are observed and recorded, we also fill in a clinical report form every two weeks, carry on symptom ratings integral calculus, judge clinical curative effect. We execute data quantification and analyze them after the observation. Result: After the course of four weeks: the effective rate of oil circumstance is no distinctive difference among the three group according to the statistical analysis(89.5% in FG, 76.3% in CG, 63.2% in PG, P>0.05); the effective rate of skin property is 87.2% in FG, after the statistical analysis, the difference between FG and CG(66.7%) is distinctive(P<0.05), the difference is also distinctive between PG(45.0%) and them(P<0.05); the effective rate of skin number is 82.5% in FG, after the statistical analysis, the difference between FG and CG(66.7%) is distinctive(P<0.05), the difference is also distinctive between PG(40.0%) and them(P<0.05); the effective rate of skin color is 89.7% in FG, after the statistical analysis, the difference between FG and CG(79.5%) is distinctive(P<0.05), the difference is also distinctive between PG(26.3%) and them(P<0.05); the effective rate of skin swollen and pain is 91.2% in FG, after the statistical analysis, the difference between FG and CG(74.3%) is distinctive(P<0.05), the difference is also distinctive between PG(17.6%) and them(P<0.05); the total effective rate is 92.5% in FG, after the statistical analysis, the difference between FG and CG(72.5%) is distinctive(P<0.05), the difference is also distinctive between PG(25.0%) and them(P<0.05); conclusion:the research demonstrates that self-made elimilating acne formula has better clinical effect in the treatment of acne vulgris after four weeks course, the most distinct improvement is the symptom of skin swollen and pain, it deserves clinical generalization usage and further thorough research.
