Clinical Research Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Nasal Polyposis Damp Heat Stagnation Card

Objective:This dissertation summarized the study and treatment of Chinese and west medicine on nasal polyp. Compare with the control group which treated by operation and west medicine, observe the clinical effect of nasal polyp (damp-heat retention) treated by Chinese complex method and discuss how it works.Method: Divide the patients who are suffering from the nasal polyp and consistent with the ingression standard into two groups randomly and agreed by patients. The treatment group is consisted of 80 cases and patients treated by injection on nasal polyp using Xiaozhiling and take orally Biyuantongqiao 1.The control group is consisted of 40 cases and patients treated by operation and take antibiotic such as macrolide. We have observed the symptom, nasal mucosa, nasal polyp and nasal sinuses. Compare the treatment result with two groups using the uniform criterion of therapeutically effect. After the treatment, choose the good effective cases from two gropes and followed the patients 5 years, then appraise the recurrence rate.Result:The treatment group: Cure rate and Significant efficiency is 83.75 %, the total efficiency is 97. 50 %.The control group: Cure rate and Significant efficiency is 72.50 %, the total efficiency is 97.50%, There were no significant differences (P> 0.05) Compare the change of symptom, nasal mucosa, texture of tongue and fur of tongue, the treatment grope is better than the control group. Compare the change of nasal sinuses and its mucosa, the two groups has same effective. Compare the change of nasal polyp, control group is a little better than treatment grope. Followed the patients 5 years, the recurrence rate: treatment grope is 6.06%, control group is 39.39%, Recurrence rate of the two groups are different (P <0.05), suggesting that the recurrence of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group. During the treatment there has not adverse reaction.Conclusion: Nasal polyp (damp-heat retention) treated by Chinese complex method have got good clinical effect, recently effect is same as operation, which has lower recurrence rate, little suffering, especially for the poor general condition who can not accept operation. Biyuantongqiao 1,has the function of antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory, and enhance immune function. Xiaozhiling injection can cause the polyps with the aseptic reaction and protein coagulation, necrosis.
