Decoction Xiaoxianxiong Zuojinwan The Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis And Pharmacodynamic Study

[Objective]The topic under the guidance of the theory of Chinese medicine,we study the Pharmacodynamy of small Minor Decoction for Relieving Phlegm-Heat in the Reducing Left (Wood) and Benefiting Metal Pill on curing acid reflux esophagitis.From watching the changes of histopathology in the lower esophageal of rats ,analysising the treatment of Chinese soups ,model blank, Pseudo-operation group and Western group,we will explore the treatment of small Minor Decoction for Relieving Phlegm-Heat in the Reducing Left (Wood) and Benefiting Metal Pill on acid reflux esophagitis and explain the principles of Chinese medicine prescriptions efficiency. The research topic do not only have important clinical significance of curing reflux esophagitis,and also the Banxia,wuzhuyu .etc contained in the Prescription is the quality of Guizhou product ingredients.The prescription is also able to develop new proprietary Chinese medicine to cure reflux esophagitis.[Methods]We will find the core plants on curing Acid reflux esophgitis from compound prescription.From copying the animal model of Acid reflux esophagitis,then making the Pathological slice of Lower esophagus , we will Observe squamous cell thickness ,nipple membrane layer thickness, thickness of basal cell and neutrophil infiltration,and study the Pharmacodynamy of small Minor Decoction for Relieving Phlegm-Heat in the Reducing Left (Wood) and Benefiting Metal Pill of acid reflux esophagitis . Through the group,sham-operated group.We also explore the curing of small Minor Decoction for Relieving Phlegm-Heat in the Reducing Left (Wood) and Benefiting Metal Pill from analysising the Chinese soups,model blank, Pseudo-operation group and Western group.It also provide certain pharmacodynamic basis From clinical and experimental. [Results]Experimental results showed that the Reducing Left (Wood)and Benefiting Metal Pill Minor Decoction for Relieving Phlegm-Heat in the high and middle dose of anti-reflux esophagitis better. The results are as follows:1 squamous cell thicknessThe epithelial thickness has significiant different between the curing groups (P <0.01) (except with low dose group) , indicating that the large, medium-dose group ,Left (Wood) and Benefiting Metal Pill Group, a small group Xianxiong soup, western medicine group reducing cell proliferation. Combined with large, mid-dose group compared with the sham-operated group.no significant difference (P> 0.05),with Left (Wood) and Benefiting Metal Pill Group, a small group Xianxiong soup and western medicine group having significiant diffrence(P <0.01), indicating that curing of large, mid-dose superior Minor Decoction for Relieving Phlegm-Heat in the group Reducing Left (Wood) , Benefiting Metal Pill groupand WM group. Left (Wood) and Benefiting Metal Pill Group, a small group Xianxiong soupcompared with WM group, a significant difference (P <0.01), indicating that Left (Wood) and Benefiting Metal Pill Group, a small group Xianxiong soup superior WM group.Left (Wood) and Benefiting Metal Pill Groupcompared with a small group Xianxiong soup ,no significiant diffrence(P>0.05), indicating the same.2 the thickness of nippleReflux esophagitis were observed in rats treated with the model group, There were significant differences (P <0.01), indicating that the treatment group had reduced the thickness of the nipple. Left (Wood) and Benefiting Metal Pill Group, a small group Xianxiong soup and small,Mid complex prescription compared with WM group , no significiant diffrence(P >0.05).The large complex prescription compared with WM group , significant differences (P <0.05),indicating the curing superior WM goup,others compared with WM groups no differences . small complex prescription compared with Left (Wood) and Benefiting Metal Pill Group, a small group Xianxiong soup, no significiant diffrence(P >0.05),but with Mid,large complex prescription having significiant diffrence(P <0.01),ingdicating they superior small complex prescription. The large complex prescription copared with mid complex prescription having no significiant difference.3 basalcellReflux esophagitis were observed in rats treated with the model group, a significant difference (P <0.01). Showing they can reduce the basal cell thickness.The testing groups have no significant difference (P> 0.05). Showing the effect of Chinese Medicine and Western medicine is the same.4 neutrophilNo significant difference among the groups (P <0.05), indicating the effect of neutrophils is not a sensitive indicator.So we can see Left (Wood) and Benefiting Metal Pill Group and a small group Xianxiong soup is superior to the unilateral and western medicine.[Conclusion ] the drugs which Left (Wood) and Benefiting Metal Pill Group and a small group Xianxiong soup contained are core drugs in the clinical treatment of reflux esophagitis. The test also certificated two precrisption mixed is effective to cure anti-reflux esophagitis. It has the marked improvement effect on squamous cell hickness, nipple membrane layer thickness and basalcell. And the curative effect is better than single prescription group. The large-dose group ofLeft (Wood) and Benefiting Metal Pill Group and a small group Xianxiong soup is superior to western medicine on curing anti-reflux esophagitis.
