Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sini Jiangni decoction combined with rabeprazole on patients with reflux esophagitis of liver stomach heat stagnation type,so as to provide a new treatment idea and clinical scheme for this disease.Method:112 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of spleen and stomach disease of Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January2019 to January 2020 were divided into treatment group(56 cases)and control group(56cases)according to random number table method. The control group was given oral western medicine rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules,10mg/time,twice a day,for8 weeks;the treatment group was given Sini Jiangni Decoction on the basis of the control group, one dose a day,for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, the patients were scored and compared with TCM syndromes,Neither Credibility Scale nor endoscopic grading.Through data analysis, the clinical efficacy of Sini Jiangni Decoction combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of hepatogastric stagnant reflux esophagitis was comprehensively evaluated. Results : 1.Comparison of the main symptoms: The effective rate of RDQ in the treatment group was 96.43%,and that in the control group was 80.36%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the main symptoms of reflux esophagitis.2.Comparison of the total curative effect of TCM syndromes: After treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 94.64%,and that of the control group was 75.00%,suggesting that the improvement of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.Single integral comparison of TCM syndromes: The two groups of individual symptoms were compared within the group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the two groups of drugs can improve the liver-stomach stasis-heat syndrome. For comparison between the two groups, the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of epigastric burning, epigastric fullness, belching or fasting, irritability, noise and famine(P < 0.05),and the two groups were equivalent in terms of acid reversal, heartburn and post-sternal burning(P < 0.05).4.Gastroscopy efficacy comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group was87.50%,the effective rate of the control group was 71.43%,the difference was statisticallysignificant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group in promoting esophageal mucosal healing.5.Comparison of recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 12.5%,and that of the control group was 37.8%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the long-term efficacy of the control group was better than that of the control group.6.Safety comparison:There were no significant adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group. There were no abnormalities in ECG,blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function before and after treatment. Conclusion:Sini Jiangni decoction combined with rabeprazole has a significant effect on patients with reflux esophagitis of liver and stomach heat stagnation type.It can improve the clinical symptoms, obviously promote the healing of esophageal mucosa, and reduce the recurrence rate.Sini Jiangni decoction combined with rabeprazole is worthy of further clinical application.
