The Clinical Study Of Self-designed Esophagitis Decoction To Treat Reflux Esophagitis Of Stagnated Heat And Yin Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of esophagitis decoction on reflux esophagitis of stagnated heat and yin deficiency and explore the mechanism of which from theoretical and clinical aspects.Methods:Dividing60cases with reflux esophagitis into two groups at random:one is the treatment group which contains30cases, the other is the control group which also contains30cases. There are not significant difference in two groups in age, gender, disease duration and the total integration of the signs before teating (P>0.05), so they are both comparable. The former was given esophagitis decoction while the latter was given oral omeprazole capsules (the forth pharmacy group in Changzhou)20mg,bid,morning and night,taking half an hour before the meal.The courses of treatment are both two weeks. Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after the treatment, including gastroscope observing.Results:Through theating, there were apparent significant difference in the clinical effects; There were6cases recovered and13cases significantly improved in the treatment group, while the improved cases and invalid cases were9and2, the curative rate and total effective rate was63.3%and93.3%. While the control group,0cases recovered and3cases significantly improved,17cases improved and10cases were invalid, the total effective rate is66.7%. The effective rate from the treatment group is clearly superior than the control group (P<0.05)。For the total integration of the signs, gastroscope observing, acid regurgitation, heart burning, belching, noisy, foreign body sensation in the throat, thirst, poor appetite, less moss on red tongue, the effective rate from the treatment group is clearly superior than the control group (P<0.05).While for improving the burning behind the sternum, the total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were not significant different (P>0.05).Conclusions:Esophagitis decoction is an effective drug of treating reflux esophagitis of stagnated heat and yin deficiency. The total integration of the signs and gastroscope observing from the treatment group is clearly superior than the control group.
