Salidroside, whose alias is Rhodioloside or Rhodosin and chemical name is 2-4-hydroxyphenyl, ethyl-β-D-Glucopyranoaide, is a main active ingredient of Fructus Liguistri Lucidi. It exists in the bark of Salix oriandra L and the fruit of Ligustrum lucidum Ait as well as in Salidr Salidroside.Fructus Liguistri Lucidi is the dry fruit of Ligustrum lucidum Ait. Experts in traditional Chinese medicine believe all along that the active element of Fructus Liguistri Lucidi is Oleanolic acid and have studied a lot in pharmacy. Xu Huajuan et al. reported that Fructus Liguistri Lucidi contains Salidroside, and they also launched studies and determined the content. They pointed out that Salidroside had the function of anti-aging, anti-cold and anti-microwave radiation etc. This encourages the people to notice if the other plants also have Salidroside. Salidroside is believed to adapt to the vile environment of the high maintains and its active element is Salidroside. So if we can extract Salidroside from Fructus Liguistri Lucidi and use it we will benefit a lot. Fructus Liguistri Lucidi can be used widely in traditional Chinese medicine, for example, Er Zhiwan, nvzhenfuzhen Capsules. However, Salidroside contained in Fructus Liguistri Lucidi in the transcription has not been found and used, and the content of Salidroside has also not been determined. The Project has researched in the production technology of total glucoside of Fructus Liguistri Lucidi, the content determination of total glucoside of Fructus Liguistri Lucidi, the content determination of Salidroside, quality standard pharmacological properties and pharmacological action etc of Fructus Liguistri Lucidi extraction.This paper adopts the technology of optimizing Fructus Liguistri Lucidi extraction through orthogonal experiment design. The results shows the best technology condition: meal of Fructus Liguistri Lucidi is immersed in 50% ethanol 6 times of the meal for 1 hour, reflow for 2 hours, then filter; the leaves are reflowed in the 50% ethanol 6 times of the leaves, then filter; combine the filtrate and recycle the ethanol, then condense them to 1g crude drug per milliliter; the filtrate gets through the D101 colophony, and washed by 50% ethanol; decompress the washing fluid and recycle the ethanol, then dried by the vacumm. Now the Fructus Liguistri Lucidi is ready.This paper uses the Sulfanilic acid method to determine the content of Fructus Liguistri Lucidi in the Fructus Liguistri Lucidi extraction. The equipment used is UV/VIS of SHIMADZU UV-2501PC. The determination wave length is 400nm, whose linear relation is good from 0.027mg to 0.135 mg. ml^-1(r=0.9984). The average recovery rate is 101.9%, RSD=1.73%(n=5).This paper adopts RP-HPLC to determine the content of Salidroside in Fructus Liguistri Lucidi extraction. The stationary phase is Kromasil C₁₈ (250mm×4.6mm,5μm). The mobile phase is methanol-water(10: 90). The flow rate is 1.5ml.min^-1 The determination wave length is 275nm, and the linear relation of Salidroside is good from 2.88μg to 14.4μg(r=0.9997). The average recovery rate is 101.47%, RSD=1.05%(n=5). It's easy to handle the sample and the result is accurate.This paper studies and establishes the quality standard draft for Fructus Liguistri Lucidi extraction, and studies the pharmacological properties of different groups of samples and the quality of Fructus Liguistri Lucidi and Salidroside. The result shows that the standard can control effectively the quality of Fructus Liguistri Lucidi extraction.This paper carries out the experiment of how Fructus Liguistri Lucidi influences the little mice who have blood deficiency by radiation, and studies the influence. Model design is one glare by 3.5Gy (60)^Coγ. Kunming little mice, who have adapted to the environment, are divided into 6 groups randomly: normal comparison group, model comparison group, group for little dosage Fructus Liguistri Lucidi, group for medium dosage Fructus Liguistri Lucidi, group for big dosage Fructus Liguistri Lucudi. One glare by 3.5Gy (60)^Co Y makes the mice have blood deficiency. The medicine is given for stomach infusion with 0.5,1.0,2.0g.kg^-1d^-1 Fructus Liguistri Lucidi. Normal comparison group, model comparison goup are given distilled water. The positive medicine is measured by the clinical dosage. The result is that Fructus Liguistri Lucidi can increase the quantity of peripheral white blood cell of little mice with blood deficiency by the radiation. The result shows initially that Fructus Liguistri Lucidi can enrich the blood in a degree.
