Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. is mainly used to cure coryza,fever,headache,ocular inching,swelling of throat,measles,bastard measles,ambury,and cure hemorrhage, hematemesis, hemafecia, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis after scorched.Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. distributed widely in China, such as jiangsu,zhejiang,shanxi,hebei,hubei,hunan.It cultivad very long history in anguo hebei province,xiaoshan zhejiang province.Because the price of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. fluctuated ,many people has already stop cultivating.This action may caused great destroy to its germplasm.According to reference ,we found its genetic diversity is still in vacant.we use ISSR(inter-simple sequence repeat) to investigate its genetic diversity in different habit.and its result reflect that Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. has high diversity of gene.Chapter 3: compound comparison in spikes of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. by HPLC fingerprintInvestigating the chemical difference in spikes of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. by use of HPLC fingerprinting techs.We match all atlas through softwere and gain 11 peaks in all spikes atlas.calculating resemblance coefficient.We fing there is no different between cultivation and wild.Both cultivation and wild have the same number of compounds;The ration of compound in spike of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. is different in different place.Chapter 4: the determination of pulgone in spikes of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.Measure the content of pulegone in spikes of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.by using of HPLC according to China Pharmacopeia(2005 edition).We fount the content of pulegone cultivated in summer is more higher than sprine.The results is totally different with traditional experience.The Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. cultivated in anguo hebei,yutian cultivated in summer,chifeng neimenggu are more better through comparison,their germplasm may be more better.Chapter 5:study on seed's standard of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.The seed's standard of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.is still in vacant.we investigate different seed and make out its seed's standard tentatively.The germination capacity of first class reaches 90% above,and 1000-seed weight isabout 0．3g;The germination capacity of second class is about 80-90%,the 1000-seed weight isabout 0．25．...
