Electroacupuncture "zusanli" And "abdominal Gastric Mucosal Injury Model Of Rabbit Gastrin And Gastric Motilin

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the difference between the acupuncture in zusanli and zhongwan at the same time and the acupuncture in zusanli or zhongwan separately in the functions of adjusting gastric-motility. METHODS: The model of gastric mucous damage (GMD) was induced by infusing pure alcohol into gastric cavity. Use radio-immune analytical method to examine the change of the content of serum gastrin and plasma motilin before and after the acupuncture. RESULTS: The content of serum gastrin of C.D.E groups and plasma motilin of C.E groups was significantly changed by self-comparison before and after the acupuncture (P＜0.05), but there was no significant change in plasma motilin concentration after the electro-acupuncture in zhongwan (P＞0.05).The content of serum gastrin of C.D groups and plasma motilin of C group compare with E group P＞0.05,but the content of plasma motilin of D group and E group was greatly changed between two groups after the acupuncture.CONCLUSION: The content of serum gastrin of each acupuncture groups decreased significantly after the electro-acupuncture. The content of plasma motilin of C group and E group increased significantly after the electro-acupuncture, but there was no significant change in plasma gastrin after the electro-acupuncture in zhongwan.
