Use Of Bupleurum Agent From The Liver To Improve The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Malignant Clinical Analysis

Objective: To analyze clinical data using formula of bupleuncm toimprove the quality of life of tumor patient of later period fromthe liver to treatment.Method:The study is a reviewing trial. 41 tumor patients of laterperiod whose clinical symptoms and curative effect of usingformula of bupleuncm are analyzed from regulating Liver Qi.Results:The symptoms of poor sleep,vexation easy to anger,oppression in the chest,shortness of breath,etc. of 41 tumorpatients of later period can relieve from different degrees afterusing formula of bupleuncm. CR and PR are 37 cases (90.24%). TheMiddle time of treatment of is 4 weeks. There is no one recrudesceor metastasis during the time of using formula of bupleuncm. Thedisease-free survival (DFS) is 1.13 years, and the Middle survivaltime (MST) of patients' survival is 1.67 years to the end of thestudy.Conclusions:Using formula of bupleuncm can improve the symptomsof tumor patients of later period effectively, prevent therecrudesce and metastasis, and enhance the quality of lives.
