Treament Effect Of Bihuo Decotion Of Damp And Muddy Invasion Of Lower Energizer Syndrom In Patients With Erectile Dysfunction Caused By Chronic Prostatitis Type â…¢B In Taiwan

Objective:To patients with erectile dysfunction caused by chronic prostatitis type ⅢB in Taiwan with damp and muddy invasion of lower energizer syndrom, using Bihuo decoction as the treatment, and through the comparison of before and after treatment in patients with prostatic inflammation and erectile function to improve the efficiency, after verification of B Bihuo decoction on the therapeutic effect of this disease, to provide clinical improvement for the extensive application of this decoction in Taiwan.Methods:60cases of patients met the inclusion conditions (all from Taiwan Taichung clarify hospital outpatient) by simple randomization methods are divided into two groups, treatment group (A group)30cases, control group (group B) in30cases. Two groups of patients received psychological therapy, and group troche A taking Bihuo decoction troche, oral,2times a day, every time3.5grams; B group taking starch, oral,2times a day, every time3.5grams. The two groups were taking30days. Patients were observed the integral change before and after treatment" International investigation of Erectile function "(ⅡEF-5), the United States of America NIH chronic prostatitis symptom index (NIH-CPSI) integral change, TCM syndrome integral change, to discuss the effect and improvement in quality of life of Bi Decoction on Taiwan area patients with erectile dysfunction caused by chronic prostatitis type ⅢB in Taiwan with damp and muddy invasion of lower energizer syndrom.Result:(1) Curative effect of erectile dysfunction in two groups after the treatment:30cases in the treatment group,16cases were cured, effective in5cases, ineffective in9cases, the total effective rate was70%, compared to the control group30cases,0cases were cured, effective in6cases, ineffective in24cases, the total effective rate was20%. The effect between two groups are significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05)(2) In two groups of patients before and after treatment with IIEF-5integral comparison:Before treatment in two groups of patients with integral has no significant difference (P>0.05); The treatment group before and after treatment shows very significant difference (P<0.01); The control group before and after treatment shows difference (P<0.05); After treatment between two groups had significant difference (P<0.05)(3) In two groups of patients before and after treatment with NIH-CPSI integral comparison:Before treatment in two groups of patients has no significant difference (P>0.05); The treatment group before and after treatment shows very significant difference (P<0.01); The control group before and after treatment had no significant difference (P>0.05); After treatment between two groups had significant difference (P<0.01).(4) In two groups of patients before and after treatment with TCM syndrome integral:Comparison of patients in two groups before treatment integral has no significant difference (P>0.05); The treatment group before and after treatment shows very significant difference(P<0.01); The control group before and after treatment had no significant difference (P>0.05); After treatment between two groups had significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:Bihuo decoction shows significant effect on patients with erectile dysfunction caused by chronic prostatitis type ⅢB in Taiwan with damp and muddy invasion of lower energizer syndrom, It can improve the integral of IIEF-5、NIH-CPSI and TCM syndrome, enhance the quality of life of patients, the clinical effect is satisfactory.
