| ObjectiveIschemic apoplexy is a commom disease in clinic. The incidence of mortality and disability are very high. It threatens the hanlth of middle-aged people and old people in our country. Becaus of high disability rate, it has brought h heavy economical and spiritual burden to their famiiies as well as the whole society. So it is of great importance to search for the the best method in decrease the rate of disability and improving living quality. On base of etiology and mechanisms of schemic apoplexy disease, we used naoxinkang capsule to the treatment of schemic apoplexy disease to observe the therapeutic effects and security and compare with buchang naoxintong capsule.Methods1. Clinical data: All the patients come from HuBei Hospital of TCM, from June, 2005 to June, 2006, to averagely randomize one hundred and ten patients to treatment group and comparison group, treatment group have fifty-five and comparison group have fifty-five.2. The medical usage: The patients in treatment group take orally naoxinkang capsules 4 each time, t.i.d and comparison group take buchang naoxintong capsules 4 each time, t.i.d, one period of treatment is twenty-eight days. In the period, others that will have an effect on the result are forbidden, including similar drugs, fat food, acridity food, smoking and drinking, Moreover, the Patients should keep enough sleep and avoid mental stimuli.3. The curative effective and the badness and the side-effect: for all the patients clinical symptoms are observed on the first day, the 15th day, the 29th day, and we take scores on nervous function and clinical symptoms and physical sign, blood route, urine route, stool route, liver function, kidney function, electrocardiogram, blood coagulation, the blood liquid are observed before and after the treatment. Moreover, all the patients have computerized tomography on the first day.4. The statistical method: After 29 days, We analyze the data, the count materials are examined with X~2, the measuring materials are examined with t-test and the grade materials are examined with Ridit-test.Result1. The totel effective rates of the stroke are 85.45% and 90.91% in treatment group and contrast group respectively, there is no significiant difference between the two groups. the results shows naoxinkang capsule and buchang naoxintong capsule both obviously improve the recovery of patients.2. The total effective rates of the levels of the wane of the nerves function are 81.82% and 89.09% in treatment group and contrast group respectively. There is no significiant difference between the two groups. The results shows naoxinkang capsule and buchang naoxintong capsule both obviously improve the recovery of patients.3. The total effective rates of TCM symptoms are 85.45% and 89.09% in treatment group and contrast group respectively. There is no significiant difference between the two groups, the results shows naoxinkang capsule and buchang naoxintong capsule both obviously improve the recovery of patients.4. The main symptoms and physical sign: The treated group, effective rate for torpidity, is no better than that of the contrast group. 5. The blood liquid: The effects in treated group are no better than that of the contrast group.6. The badness and side-effect: There are no side-effects in both groups, and there are not significiant differences in blood route, urine route, stool route, liver kidney function and electrocardiogram before and after tretment in both groups.ConclusionThere is no significiant difference between Naoxinkang capsule and Buchang Naoxintong Capsules in the therapy of the convalescence stage of ischemic apoplexy. Which can decrease scores on nervous function and clinical symptoms and physical sign, which can improve the blood liquids. In a conclusion, naoxinkang capsule also has a good foreground for clinic. |
