Clinical data: All the patients come from HuBei Hospital of TCM, from November, 2004 to April, 2005, to averagely randomize forty-six patients to treatment group and comparison group, treatment group have twenty two and comparison group have twenty-four.2. The medical usage: The patients in treatment group take orally naoxinkang capsules 4 each time, t. i. d and comparison group take buchang naoxintong capsules 4 each time, t. i.d, one period of treatment is twenty-eight days. In the period, others that will have an effect on the result are forbidden, including similar drugs, fat food, acridity food, smoking and drinking, Moreover, the Patients should keep enough sleep and avoid mental stimuli.3. The badness and the side-effect: for all the patients clinical symptoms are observed on the first day and the 29th day, and we exam their blood route, urine route, stool route, liver function, kidney function, electrocardiogram, blood coagulation, blood liquid, Moreover, all the patients have computerized tomography on the first day.4. The curative effective: for all the patients are observed on the first day, the 15th day and the 29th day. The doctor take scores on nervous function and clinical symptoms and physical signs.5. The statistical method: After 29 days, We analyze the data, the count materials are examined With X~2, the measuring materials are examined with t-test and the grade materials are examined with Ridit-test.Result1.
