The treatment groupis treated with Tongluojiunao Injection which is used once a day,14 daysas a therapentic courses. The control group is treated with XueshuantongInjection which is used 20ml once a day ivdrop With 0.9% Nacl 250 ml.2. Blood-routine, urine-routin, stool-routin, lever of function andKindney function were examined to judge if the Tongluo jiunao Injectionhad any sid-effects or toxicity.3. Observing the effective rates of the stroke and TCM symptoms, thelevels of the wane of the nerves function and the state of exsistenceabilities before and after the treatment,making a statistical disposaland coparing the curatine effects.Results:1. The total effective rates of the stoke are 70.8% and 66.6% intreatment group and control groups. The results shows TongluojiunaoInjection and Xueshuantong Injection both obviously improve therecovery of patients.2. The total effective rates of the TCM symptoms are 70.8% and 75% intreatment group and control group respectively. There is no significiantdifference between the two groups. The results shows Tongluojiunao Injection and Xueshuantong Injection both obviously improve the recoveryof patients.3. The rates of the levels of the wane of the nerves function Are 87.5%and 83.3% in treatment group and control group respectively. There is nosignificiant difference between the two groups. The results showsTongluojiunao Injection and Xueshuantong Injection both obviouslyimprove the recovery of patients.4. Blood rheology has progress for two groups, but there is nosignificiant difference between the two groups.5. The two injections are not poisonous to the body.That is to saythey are both safe.Conclusion:The total effective rates of the TCM symptoms, the levels of the waneof the nerves function and the state of exsistence abilities of two groupsbefore and after the treatment is no significant difference. And alsoshows us that injections are not poisonous to the body.
