| Ampelopsis japonica(Thunb.)Makino is a plant widely distributed in Henan,Anhui, Jiangxi,Hubei province,etc.Its dried roots have been used as traditional medicine for the treatment of anodyne and febrifuge.In these years,there are few articles to report about the constituents of Ampelopsis japonica(Thunb.)Makino.The author has investigated the chemical constituents of the Ampelopsis japonica(Thunb.)Makino.In this thesis,the chemical constituents of the extracts with 70%ethanol-water from the Ampelopsis japonica(Thunb.)Makino were studied,15 compounds were isolated with silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and so on.On the basis of analysis of spectroscopic data and measuring of physico-chemical characters,the chemical structures of 15 compounds were elucidated as lupeol(1),β-sitosterol(2),gentistic acid(3),palmitic acid(4),oleanolic acid(5),gallic acid(6),reseveratrol(7),protocatechuic acid(8),chrysophanol(9), emodin(10),physcion(11),emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(12), poriferast-5-en-3β,7α-diol(13),schizandriside(14),daucosterol(15).Of all these compounds,3,8,12and13 were obtained from Ampelopsis japonica(Thunb.)Makino for the first time. |
