Objective:Ischemic Apoplexy is familiar especially for the olds, is characterized clinically as five heights, that is, high rate of incidence, death, sequela, subsequent syndrome and recrudescence, seriously affects the olds'health and quality of living, and brings heavy burdens on families and the whole society. The acute cerebrovascular disease has been ranked as keystone research task since the "the Eighth five-year Plan" established by the National Science Committee. To cure Ischemic Apoplexy is not only to treat the ischemic brain to relieve neurologic impairment, but also to eliminate perilous factors to improve the patients' survival quality. Based on the observation of the patients' clinical effects and the influence on blood-fattiness and hemodynamics in the treatment of Bushenquyu method, the research is proposed to probe into the more effective method to treat IA, and discuss the mechanism so as to offer a more effective method and scientific warranty of treating IA by acupuncture. Methods:The 60 cases selected are inpatients or outpatients of acupuncture office of Hubei TCM Hospital came during April, 2006 to January, 2008, who're diagnosed as Ischemic Apoplexy by Brain CT, and accord with Apoplexy Diagnose and Efficacy Standard of TCM diagnose standard, and Various Cerebrovascular Disease Diagnose Outlines of western medicine diagnose standard, as well as bring-into and exclusive standards. To separate the 60 cases randomly into two groups: Bushenquyu method group (the treatment group) has 30 cases, including 20 males and 10 females, whose average age is 61.5±6.34; the normal points method (the control group) has 30 cases, including 18 males and 12 females, whose average age is 60.4±9.13.The treatment group choose Baihui, Yongquan(double), so as Taixi, Sanyinjiao, Yingu, Shenshu, Neiguan, Xuehai, Zusanli and Geshu. To penetrate Baihui into back head, ended as the patients feel acerbic and distensible to radiate to the back; vertically stick into Yunquan points; stick into Neiguan, Yingu, Xuehai, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Taixi, Shenshu and Geshu until the patients feel acerbic and distensible. To move about the needles every 10 minutes, twisting left-and-right at Taixi, Sanyinjiao, Zusanli, Yinjiao, Geshu and Shenshu points, and lifting up-and-down at Xuehai points, then equal technique at other points, and remain for 30 minutes. The control group choose Jianyu(double), so as Quchi, Shousanli, Waiguan, Huantiao, Yanglingquan, Juegu, Zusanli and Jiexi until the patients feel acerbic and distensible. To move about the needles every 10 minutes, using equal technique, and remain for 30 minutes. The two groups were treated everyday, lasting three periods of treatment as each one is 10 days, then carry on syndrome evaluation based on Apoplexy Diagnose and Efficacy Standard before and after the treatment, and mensurate and compare the blood-fattiness and hemodynamics.Results:1 The two groups are compared by t-test, P>0.05, showing no significant difference, so demonstrates they are comparable.2 Clinical curative effects show that the remarkable effective rate of the treatment group is 80.0% as well as the effective rate is 93.3%, and the remarkable effective rate of the control group is 43.3% as well as the effective rate is 63.3%, of which are compared by x~2-test and t-test, P<0.05, showing they have significant difference on curative effect, so demonstrates the curative effect of the treatment group is superior to the control group.3 The syndrome score change shows that the average syndrome score of the treatment group before the treatment is 12.65±4.30 and 6.35±2.30, compared to which of the control group is 12.48±3.65 and 7.02±2.85, seeing they both obviously declined(P < 0.05 ) , and the average syndrome score of the treatment group is more obvious than that of the control group(P < 0.05) , showing that the treatment group is superior to the control group.4 The six indexes of serum total cholesterol, glyceride, conglutination (so-high shear viscosity and low shear viscosity) of the whole blood, plasm conglutination and erythrocyte pressure volume are choosen as the objects, which are compared by t-test before and after the treatment, showing significant difference(P<0.05) . It indicates that the two methods can improve blood-fattiness and hemodynamics, of which the treatment group has significant difference compared with the control group(P < 0.05 ), so the treatment group is superior to the control group at modulation of the indexs of blood- fattiness and hemodynamics. Conclusion:Bushenquyu method and the normal treatment both can improve the IA patients' syndromes, and regulate exceptional blood-fattiness and hemodynamics, but the Bushenquyu method is more superior which is worthy of popularization in clinics.
