| ObjectiveTo observed clinical effects of Bushenquyu acupuncture for chronic lumbar muscle strain, to explore the content of plasma TXB2and6-K-PGF1α in patient chronic lumbar muscle strain,and the effects of Plasma on the content of plasma TXB2and6-K-PGF1α, in order to further explore the mechanism of action of Bushenquyu acupuncture in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods60patients In June2011to december2011are from the outpatient service and the inpatient of acupuncture department,the hospital of TCM of Hubei province. Accord with chronic lumbar muscle strain diagnostic criteria and according to random number form, divided into the treatment group (bushenquyu acupuncture group) and the control group(conventional acupuncture group), each group includes30cases. Another10healthy subjects as normal control group. The treatment group uses professor Bushenquyu acupuncture treatment, The control group uses the common acupuncture method. Acupuncture1times daily,6times for one period of treatment, between the two courses at1day, Assess efficacy after continuous4courses of treatment, recorded two sets of VAPS before and after treatment and OPDQ questionnaire score, comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of treatment; meantime determination before and after treatment of TXB2and6-K-PGF1α content changes and compare the difference.Results1.The comparison of the clinical curative effect of two groups:The treatment group cure rate was40.00%, and greater rate was70.00%, the total effective rate was100%; the control group cure rate was20.00%, and greater rate was30.00%, the total effective rate was90.00%. Two groups of greater rate and cure rate quite, the statistics processing shows there are significant differences(P<0.05); the treatment group cure number and total effective rate number more than those in the control group, but the statistics processing shows no significant differences(P>0.05).2.The comparison of VAPS score before and after treatment:Before treatment, two groups of VAPS score was no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the scores were lower (P<0.01), compared with the control group, the treatment group significantly decreased, with significant differences (P<0.05).3.The comparison of OPDQ score before and after treatment:Before treatment, two groups of OPDQ score was no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the scores were lower (P<0.01), compared with the control group,the treatment group significantly decreased, with significant differences (P<0.05).4.The comparison of TXB2content two groups before and after treatment: Before treatment, the two groups of patients plasma of TXB2content compared with normal group were significantly increased (P<0.05), between the two groups no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, two treatment TXB2decreased (P<0.01), but the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group (P<0.05).5.The comparison of plasma6-K-PGF1α content before and after treatment:Before treatment, the two groups of patients plasma of6-K-PGF1α content compared with normal group were significantly decreased (P<0.05), but have no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The two groups of patients plasma6-K-PGF1α content were higher after treatment (P <0.01).Compared with the control group, the treatment group increased more, significantly than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion1.The clinical efficacy comparison shows that the effective rate of bushenquyu acupuncture in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain better than the control groups.2.Bushenquyu acupuncture group to improve patients’ pain better than the control group; and have more significant advantages of the improvement of activities of daily living in patients than the control group.3.The plasma of TXB2content patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain higher than normal healthy people, and the plasma of6-K-PGF1α content lower than healthy people, suggesting that TXB2and6-K-PGF1α in the system disorder is one of the pathogenesis of chronic lumbar muscle strain.4.Bushenquyu acupuncture enables the patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain TXB2increased,6-K-PGF1α indecline, the adjustment of TXB2-6-K-PGF1α in a new equilibrium is one of the mechanisms that bushrnqu acupuncture can treat for chronic lumb muscle strain. |
