Fatty acid synthase widely exists in animals and plants'tissue cell. It plays an important role in the synthesis of fatty acid. In recent years, people have found that the synthesis of fatty acid in many cancer cells showed disorder. Fatty acid synthase can be used as drug target of the treatment of tumor. Fatty acid, the product of the fatty acid synthase, is the tumor's material and energy sources.The available clinical anti-tumor drugs are mostly synthesized. But some of them have side effects. So their application is limited. In addition, their synthetic cycle is long. So more and more people are focusing on finding new anti-tumor medicine from natural product.The new development of Acer palmatum Thunb, Acer ginnala Maxim and Acer truncatum Bunge and fatty acid synthase were introduced in chapter one.In chapter two, the effective biological activity position in Aceraceous plants was studied preliminarily.In chapter three, the flavonoids in Aceraceous plants were effectively determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Chapter four presented the determination of flavonoids in Aceraceous plants by high performance capillary electrophoresis and inhibition effect of fatty acid synthase.Summary.
