Tangshen Party "treatment Of Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy Iii, ¢ô Stage Qiyinliangxu Clip Stasis 35 Cases Observed

Diabetic Nephropathy(DN)refers to diabetic glomerulosclerosis. It is the disturbance of carbohydrate metabolism relevant to diabetic special kidney complication. DM is increasing in prevalence worldwide, along with it, the population of DN increase. DN has the characteristics of urgent-onset and rapid-changing condition. We need an effective therapeutics in early stage urgently.Traditional Chinese medical science has a long history of treating DN,and accumulats much experience.Based on the experiential prescription of ShiZhensheng, we studyed out a new prescription mainly made up of Huangqi, Shengdi, Zhidahuang, Sanqi, Weimao, Shanzhuyu, Zhiqiao.The prescription was took by patients with syndrome of blood stasis due to deficiency of both qi and yin. We observed the effect and studied the mechanism by clinical research.This research was a randomized controlled trial. Part patients took the prescription without curative effect. 35 patients was obseraved 12 weeks.We collected some guide line,such as syndrome, urinary albumin excretion, Glycosylated hemoglobin, CHOL, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C,AST,ALT,and tested the difference in statistical method.The result show that the prescription can make the mark of syndrome letdown,and much more effective with long time. There is a remarkable statistical significance after 8 weeks. After 12 weeks, 79.17% patients who took the actual prescription had curative effect. Some index of Western medicine also changed with statistical significance.This research proved that the prescription has a good curative effect on DN with syndrome of blood stasis due to deficiency of both qi and yin.It offered a doable project for the cure of DN.
