This thesis mainly involved comparing with difference of the contents. Because of the particular geographical environment and climate condition of Guizhou province, the local people made summed up many ehtno-prescriptions for treatment of disease. This paper studied several ethno-medicines , which also were the main components in various patent medical products. The thesis carries on a system research with the chemistry composition to two kinds of traditional medicines, and the definite direction separation according to the dissimilarity of the chemical composition and the pharmacological function to another two kinds of medicines.We carried on a system chemistry research to two kinds of plants, in the meantime definited direction separation to another two plant, including Geum japonicum Thunb. var. chinense F. Bolle, Polygonum runcinatum Buch.-Ham.var. sinense Hems1., Epimedium wushanense T. S. Ying, Rosa roxbughii Tratt. The biological activity research to G. japonicum Thunb. var. chinense F. Bolle were also researched.G. japonicum Thunb. var. chinense F. Bolle. belongs to genus of Geum. By the means of traditional phytochemical methods, thirty-one compounds were obtained from the plant, Among of them, eleven compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis together with physicochemical data. In this paper, we described the structure determination and biological activity research.The eleven compounds obtained were established as173-ethoxyphaeophorbide a (1), glycerol 1-monopalmitate(3),β-sitosterol(4), palmitic acid (7), potengrtilloside A(10), niga-ichigoside F1(11), Kaji-ichigoside F1 (12), Euscaphic acid (13), Tormentic acid (14), Ellagic acid (16), 3, 3′-di-O-methyl ellagic acid (17).P. runcinatum Buch.-Ham.var. sinense Hems1. belongs to Polygonum. By the means of traditional phytochemical methods, thirty-one compounds were obtained from P. runcinatum Buch.-Ham.var.sinense Hems1, twenty-nine compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis together with physicochemical data. In this paper, we described the structure determination.The eight compounds obtained were established as 3,3′,4′-trimethyl ellagic acid(1), 3,3′-di-O-methyl ellagic acid(2), 3,3′,4-tri-O-methylellagic acid-4′-O-β-D- glucoopyranoside(3), 3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acid-4′-O-β-D- glucoopyranoside(4), gallic acid(5), ethyl 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate(6), bis (2-ethylhexy1) phthalate(7), and daucosterol(8).The plants of Epimedium mainly implies flavonoids. Epimedin C is a main composition.This item works properly is order to perfect the quality standard for the capsule of Xinlingubao. We made the pure degree sample of Epimedin C above 98%. R. roxbughii Tratt belongs to rose of rosebush. Using the method of bioactivity guided isolation to search bioactive compounds.The compound 1 obtained and still not Determine the structure.
