Radioimmunoassay was used to measure the serum UⅡand colorimetric assay was used to measured the serum NO.The pressure of PASP and IVST,RVAW,RVEDd were measured with ultrasonic doppler and PaO2 and PaCO2 by arterial blood gas assay.Results:(1) The level of the serum UⅡ,PASP, IVST, RVAW and RVEDd in patients with chronic cor pulmonale during catabasis were all significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05). (2) Meanwhile, the above parameters during acute exacerbation in patients with chronic cor pulmonale were all higher than those during catabasis (all P<0.05). (3) The level of serum UⅡwas positively correlated with PASP and RVAW(r=0.648 and 0.671 respectivelly, both P<0.05) in patients with chronic cor pulmonale. And RVAW was positively correlated with PASP(r=0.866, P<0.05) in patients with chronic cor pulmonale. (4) The levels of serum UⅡin chronic cor pulmonale with acute excerbation were significantly higher than those of normal control group(all P<0.01). (5) The levels of serum UⅡ,NO were not associated with PaO2 and PaCO2.But the levels of serum UⅡand NO were related to smoking. Conclusions: (1) UⅡmay participate in the occurrence and development of the chronic cor pulmonale.UⅡplays an important role in the formation of pulmonary hypertention and right venture hypertrophy.Measuring the levels of UⅡmay be a reliable meathod to follow the worsening of chronic cor plumonale. (2) The levels of serum UⅡand NO are higher in chronic cor pulmonale patients with acute exacerlation. The unbalanceable ratio between those may be one of the pathogenesies of cor pulmonale. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | UrotensinⅡ, Nitrio oxide, Chronic cor pulmonale, Pathogenesy | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
