Objective:Observe the change of aquaporin and the vivid power of Na~+-K~+-ATP enzyme and the treating function of Pingwei powder to rat model of dampness obstructing spleen-stomach syndrome.Methods:To establish the rats model of dampness obstructing spleen-stomach syndrome by taking high dampness,regulating food and control sleeping,Choosing the typical formula Pingwei powder as the treatment medicine,Using half-quantitative method RT-PCR to test the aquaporin3,4mRNA in rectum of rat model,Using establish P method to measure the alive ability of Na~+-K~+-ATP enzyme in rectum of rat model.Result:Aquaporin3,4mRNA in rectum of rat model of dampness obstructing spleen-stomach syndrome are descending,the alive ability of Na~+-K~+-ATP enzyme in rectum of rat model is decreasing,Comparing to the ones of control group,these items having changing current.After the treatment of Pingwei powder,the targets of aquaporin and Na~+-K~+-ATP enzyme are getting better,Comparing to model group and self-recovery group,these items having changing current.Conclusions:The abnormal expression of Aquaporin3,4mRNA and the descent of the vivid power of Na~+-K~+-ATP enzyme in the rectum of rat model may be one mecharism of dampness obstructing spleen-stomach syndrome.Pingwei powder may have beneficial effects on dampness obstructing spleen-stomach syndrome by regulating AQP3,4mRNA expression and the alive ability of Na~+-K~+-ATP enzyme in the rectum of rats.
