Object:To observe blood stasis syndrome of hyperlipidermia model, and to approach the mechanism of blood stasis caused by grease and co-therapy with lowering lipid and promoting blood circulation.Method:To establish several kinds of hyperlipemia models(rabbits,rats and mice) to study the pathologyical changes of blood stasis caused by grease.To approach the effect of co-therapy with lowering lipid and promoting blood circulation and mechanism on improving hemorheological properties,anti-peroxidation effect and regulating the levels of NO and ET.Result:The blood lipids in rabbits in hyperlipidemia model control group were higher than that in normal control group(p<0.01),which indicated that the establishment of hyperlipemia model was successful;Tiaozhitongmai Capsule(TZTM)were continuously administrated in the low-dose group,medium-dose group and high-dose group,then the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC), triglyeeride(TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC) obviously decreased at one or two months post-dose respectively,which has significant difference compared with the model control group(p<0.01);The blood lipids in mice and rats in hyperlipidemia model control group were higher than that in normal control group(p<0.01),which indicated that the establishment of hyperlipemia models was successful.The levels of serum TC,TG and LDLC in mice and rats significantly decreased in the low-dose group,medium-dose group and high-dose group of TZTM compared with the model control group(p<0.05 or 0.01).TZTM can improve hemorrheological properties of hyperlipemia rabbit model.In the experiment of anti-peroxidation effect in rabbits,the level of MDA decreased(p<0.05) and the activation of SOD increased(p<0.05) in the low-dose group,medium-dose group and high-dose group of TZTM.In the experiment of regulating serum NO and plasma ET in rabbits,the level of serum NO significantly increased(p<0.01) and the level of plasma ET significantly decreased(p<0.01) in the medium-dose and high-dose group of TZTM.Conclusion:Besides increasing of the levels of TC,TG and LDLC,the hemorrheological properties,lipid peroxidation,NO and ET had abnormal changes in the animals of hyperlipemia models. The compound prescription of TCM with therapy of lowering lipid and promoting blood circulation(TZTM) can obviously decrease the levels of serum TC,TG and LDLC,furthermore, it can improve hemorheological properties,induce anti-peroxidation effect and regulate the levels of NO and ET, so as to achieve the effect of co-therapy with lowering lipid and promoting blood circulation.The mechanism of TZTM is probably related to protecting vascular endothelial cells and anti-lipid-peroxidation effect.
