The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Promoting Blood Circulation And Removing Blood Stasis Therapy Stapler Postoperative Anal Bulge

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect observation of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis therapy stapler postoperative anal bulge.Methods:60cases of stapler postoperative concurrent anal bulge patients, randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group of30patients with treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM. Specific as follows:the qi deficiency syndrome give Buzhongyiqi Decoction; the spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome give Jinkui Shenqi Pill; damp heat syndrome give Sanren decoction. The experimental group30patients with treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. In2weeks observe patients postoperative hemorrhage condition.After treatment1week,2weeks,3weeks,4weeks to observe patients anal bulge symptoms improve conditions and symptoms integral, to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two.Results:Two groups of patients with anal bulge degree compared with postoperative were eased. Postoperative use of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs don’t increase the risk of bleeding of patients. The total effective rate of experiment group is96.7%,which the control group is56.7%.By statistical analysis, two groups in symptom score and total clinical curative effect on the experimental group and the control group have obvious significant(P<0.05), the clinical curative effect of experimental group is better than control group.Conclusion:On the basis of the syndrome differentiation of TCM add promoting blood circulation and remove blood stasis to treatment for postoperative anal bulge is better and don’t increase the risk of bleeding of patients.
