Chuanxiong, Of Peucedanum Effective Components Of The Optic Nerve Protection And Calcium Antagonism Studies | | Posted on:2008-04-03 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:L Wang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2204360272464339 | Subject:Pharmacology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Glaucoma is the main blinding disease whose foremost pathological change is optic nerve damage.Chuanxiong and Radix peucedani are the objects of our project.The methods and results are as the followers:We screened out the effective parts or components with Ca2+ antagonistic effect by 45Ca transmembrane influx technique.The effective components are Chuanxiongzine hydrochloride,imperatiorin.The result of the experiment of retina nerve cell cultivated in normal atmosphere in vitro showed that the Chuanxiongzine hydrochloride,Ferulic,imperatiorin,isoimperatorin,PraeruptorinB and Nimodipine can keep the retina nerve cell alive in vitro.It has established a high intraocular pressure model to observe neuro protection in glaucoma of Chuanxiong and Radix peucedani.When observed the expression of Fas and Caspase-3 proteins by the immun-eohisto-chemisty method and apoptotic cells were detected by TUNEL-POD method,it was showed that Chuanxiongzine hydrochloride,imperatiorin,PraeruptorinB can inhibit the apoptosis of retina gangliocyte caused by high pressure in vitro.It was showed that Chuanxiongzine hydrochloride can effects on animal cats by high pressure in vitro.We can found that the optical neuroprotection and Ca2+ antagonistic effect of Chuanxiongzine hydrochloride and imperatiorin are interrelated obviously. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | 45Ca isotopes, neuroprotection, ChuanXiong, Radix peucedani | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
