Objective:To research the mechanisms of ShenQi prescription that affect the myocardial apoptosis of GK rats(Goto-Kakizaki wistar rats) of T2DM.Method:Copied DCM model by injecting Nω-nitio-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME) intra-peritonelly and gavaglng high fat diet.Departed GK rats of spontaneous diabetes as model control group,ShenQi prescription high-dose group,ShenQi prescription low -dose group,control group of ramipril and normal group at random,at the same time cure group treated by ShenQi prescription four weeks,to observe every group rats' common state,blood sugar,GSP,the levels of NO and AngⅡof myocardium,Bcl-2 and Bax proteinum express.Result:ShenQi prescription can ameliorate GK rats' common state,decrease glucose in blood,reduce myocardial change in histomorphology,increase NO and decrease AngⅡof myocardium,increase the expression of Bcl-2 proteinum,inhibit the Bax proteinum express,adjust Bax\Bcl-2 proteinum expression.Conclusion:Diabetic myocardial apoptosis is an important pathologic character of diabetic myocardial damage and is associated with NO and AngⅡ,Bax and Bcl-2 proteinum.ShenQi prescription can ameliorate GK rats of 2-type diabetes from many links,which restrain myocardia apoptosis and defend function of heart. |
