The study was in the quality and applying research of commonly used Chinese pharmacy Herbal Rabdosia rubescens[Hemsl.]Hara.In the respect of the quality research which adopted the methods of UV spectrophotometry base to determine the content of the total flavonoids .which adopted the methods of the high performance liqiud chromatography to determine the norm ingredients of Oridonin and Rosmarinic acid.In the applying research we proceeded the method of experiment design to determine the extraction method of the total flavonoids and the optimization extraction artwork. We adopted the extractive which came from extraction artwork of donglingcao tablet to investigate forming shaping artwork and quality criteria of tablet of Rabdosia rubescens[Hemsl.]Hara. Which can proved consistence experimentation foundation for the clinical application and market exploitation.Through the research of this study, we can control the quality of Rabdosia rubescens[Hemsl.]Hara and proved the consistence foundation for the exploitation of Rabdosia rubescens[Hemsl.]Hara...
