Objective To obtain bioactive components from Rabdosia rubescens Hemsl. Methods To separate the constituents from Rabdosia rubescens by many chromatography methods, identify their structures by NMR,ESI-MS spectral analysis and TLC test. Result Fifteen compounds were abtained and elucidated as:α-amyrin (1), daucosterol(2), ursolic acid (3),β-sitosterol (4), enmenol-glucoside (5), lasiodonin (6), glucose (7), 2α,3α-dihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid (8), oridonin (9), pedalitin (10), inositol (11), ponicidin (12) , dayecrystals B (13), uracil (14), 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, 1,2-bis(2-ethylhexyl) ester (15), 2-amino-3-phenylpropyl 2-benzamido-3-phenylpropanoate(16, 10mg) respectively. Conclusion 1. Among these compounds, compound 14 were obtained from the Rabdosia genus for the first time, compound 8,13 were obtained from this plant for the first time; 2. The compound of 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, 1,2-bis(2-ethylhexyl) ester was came form experimental materials.
