Objective: To evaluate the computer navigation system of total knee replacement preliminary clinical results. Methods: In the computer navigation , we accomplish 51 total knee replacement for 44 cases of patients, then assess its therapeutic efficacy in clinical symptoms and imageology. Results: It is significantly that the quantity of postoperative bleeding is a little. After three months of the operation ,the knee joint's average activity is 115°in flexion. The HSS score is 43 before the operation ,other 90 after it. The computer navigation guide for total knee replacement can make the prothesis meet the line of traction of phantom limb, and the allocation error is in 2 mm.The 44 cases all gain satisfactorily surgical results. The follow-up results is good .Conclusion: The computer-assisted navigation can control the osteotomy precisely and quantization for the soft tissue solution and balance. For total knee replacement it provide a good aid effect. Navigation system allows total knee prosthesis placed accurate and consistent with the physiology of the line of traction, ensure the accuracy of surgery and improve surgical effect.
