Objective: To retrospectively analyze the effect of iAssist intelligent navigation system on perioperative knee arthroplasty and blood protection recovery. Methods: A total of 65 patients with knee joint arthroplasty in our hospital from December 2015 to August 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups according to whether they were using the iAssist intelligent navigation system. There were 34 males in the experimental group. There were 10 females with an average age of 68.17±6.64(56-89)and 31 controls(6 males and 25females)with a mean age of 65.70±6.53 59-77.There was no significant difference in preoperative age, gender, preoperative BMI and hemoglobin between the two groups(P> 0.05).The experimental group used iAssist bone cutting navigation system, the control group used traditional navigation techniques,(FFC)prosthesis coronal femoral prosthesis,(FTC)prosthesis coronal prosthetic angle,(LFF)prosthesis sagittal femoral prosthesis Angular,(LTC)Prosthesis Sagittal Tibial Prosthetic Angle Assembly, compares the difference ??of the two sets. The number of hemoglobins on the 1st and 3rd day before and after the surgery was recorded, and the implicit loss and total blood loss were calculated according to the GROSS equation.Analytical navigation systems have advantages over traditional techniques in lower limb alignment and blood protection. Results: The length of the X-rays on the right side was measured postoperatively. The lower limbs were measured for the lower limbs and their deviations from the expected values ??were compared. The total blood loss in the statistical navigation group was(760.93±207.99)ml,the amount of hidden blood loss was(361.93±146.33),the total blood loss in the traditional group was(975.64±189.15)ml,and the amount of hidden blood loss(541.74-155.62)ml was calculated.Day 1 and day 3 differed from preoperative hemoglobin. The navigation group was(14.23 ± 7.06),(20.17 ~ 6.31),and the traditional group was(22.23 ± 11.28),(30.44 ~ 8.97),significantly better than the traditional group.Lower limb force lines reduced the amount of perioperative blood loss, which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The iAssist intelligent navigation system can restore the lower limbs' force lines more accurately than the traditional ones in knee arthroplasty and significantly reduce the perioperative blood loss.
