1.Objective:To observe the acute toxicity reaction and death of Gubenchuansoukang granule in mice .Methods : Observe mouse'toxici reaction by intragastring with the maximum density and the maximum volume of Gubenchuansoukang granule.Rats were intragastried two times in one day. Results: There isn't death and toxic reaction on mice in 14 days. Conclusion:The maximum crud drug dosage of Gubenchuansoukang granule by intragastring in mice is 103.6g /kg.The dosage is as 172 times as adult every day.2. Objective:To observe the pharmacodynamic function of Gubenchuansoukang granule on asthma. Methods : 1.Observe the antitussive effect of the granule over such points as cough- inducing by spraying ammonia water stronger through animal model;2.Observe the apophlegmatic effect of the granule over such points as eliminating phlegm by injcting phenolsulfonphthalein through animal model;3.Observe the antiasthmatic effect of the granule over such points as asthma-inducing by histamine -acetylcholine through animal model;4.Observe the chalasis efect of Gubenchuansoukang granule by making normal isolated tracheal chain of guinea pigs and isolated tracheal chain of guinea pigs with histamine;5. Observe the antiinflammatory effect of the granule over such points as acute inflammation and chronic inflammation inducd xylene and agar;6.Observe the efect of Gubenchuansoukang granule on humoral immunity and cellular immunity induced by chicken red blood cell and2,4-dinitr- ochlorobenzene;7.Observe the efect of Gubenchuansoukang granule on immunological function by carbon particle clearance test in mice;8 . To investigate the bacteriostatic effect of strepto- coccus pneumoniae, streptococcus heam of A and B,bacillus coli, staphylococcus aureus and aeruginosus bacillus in vitro and staphylococcus aureus in vivo.Results:1.Hight,middle and low dose of Gubenchuansoukang granule was able to prolong cough latent period and decrease cough rate significantly in mice induced by ammonia solution;2.Hight,middle and low dose of Gubenchuansoukang granule was able to increase the excretion of phenolsulfonphthalein in trachea of mice;3.Hight,middle and low dose of Gubenchuansoukang granule was able to prolong tussive latent period resulted from histamine phosphate in guinea pig significantly;4.Hight,middle and low dose of Gubenchuansoukang granule was able to relax the bronchus smooth muscle markedly in guinea pig;5.Hight,middle and low dose of Gubenchuansoukang granule was able to against the acute inflammation and the chronic inflammation;6.Hight,middle and low dose of Gubenchuansoukang granule was able to inhibite tspecific immunity inhibition;7.Hight dose of Gubenchuansou -kang granule was able to inhibite the nonspecific immunity.8. Gubenchuansoukang granule has the bacteriostatic action of streptococcus heam of A and B,bacillus coli, staphylococcus aureus and aeruginosus bacillus in vitro and staphylococcus aureus in vivo. Conclusion: Gubenchuansoukang granule has the apparent antitussive, apophlegmatic and antiasth -matic,anti-inflammation,immunodepressive and bacteriostatic functions.
