With Copd With Acute Exacerbation Of Tcm Syndrome And Modern Medicine Indicators Study

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD) is a disease state characterized by airflow limitation that is not fully reversible,can be prevented and cured totally.The airflow limitation is usually both progressive and associated with an abnormal inflammatory response of the lungs to noxious particles or gases,mostly cigarette smoke.We adopted retrospective methods to analyze 141 cases of AECOPD which are recruited from the patients in hospital of Beijing Dong Zhi Men hospital in the last 5 years.The course of disease,blood analysis such as blood cells,pulmonary function, arterial blood gas analysis,and the relativity between these indexes above-mentioned and the different traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) Syndrome type were analyzed.It was to provide objective basis for the TCM Syndrome type of AECOPD stable phase relatively.The results indicated that the course of disease increased gradually(P＜0.05) from phlegm-damp in the lung,phlegm-heat in the lung,phlegm-blood stasis in the lung,phlegm-heat blood stasis in the lung;the sum of leucocyte and neutrophil of phlegm-heat in the lung and phlegm-heat blood stasis in the lung ascended(P＜0.05);the sum of platelet of phlegm-blood stasis in the lung and phlegm-heat blood stasis in the lung ascended(P＜0.05);the sum of erythrocyte,hemoglobin,hydronium were all no significant diffrence among types;the level of FEV1%Pred of phlegm-blood stasis in the lung and phlegm-heat blood stasis in the lung descended(P＜0.05),but the level of RV/TLC(%) ascended(P＜0.05),higher than other types;the level of PaO₂ of phlegm -blood stasis in the lung and phlegm-heat blood stasis in the lung descended(P＜0.05),less than other types,but the level of PaCO₂ ascended(P＜0.05),higher than other types.Conclusions:The study disclosed the latent rule between the different TCM syndrome types and westen medicine indexes by the observation of indexes in AECOPD phase.And the outcome provided objective basis for TCM Syndrome type of AECOPD phase relatively.
